What we collect
When you request an invitation, we store your email, optional name, ZIP code, optional membership self-attestation, a broad service-benefit review flag, referral reference, optional reservation-interest and Founder’s Year-interest preferences and consent record. Business inquiries also include your organization, size and message. We do not collect payment-card data, Daily Wire credentials, agency affiliation, identity documents or operational information.
Why we use it
Freeman Signal uses this information to manage invitation requests, consider eligibility, understand launch demand, respond to inquiries and provide requested availability updates. Self-attestation is not verification. Referral links use an opaque code and do not expose your email. We do not sell invitation-list data or use it for third-party targeted advertising.
Storage and security
Records are stored in Cloudflare D1 through our Sites hosting. The hosting providers process necessary technical request data under their own policies. We store a one-way time-window IP-derived hash for abuse prevention, not your raw IP in the application database. This site uses no advertising pixels. Your browser may temporarily retain a private request-management token. Anyone with that token can manage or remove the request, so keep it private.
Your choices
Use the private management link shown after a successful request to remove it. You may also email chad@freemansignal.com to request access, correction or deletion. We may need to verify control of the email address. Do not send sensitive identity documents. Invitation information is kept while the invitation program operates, unless you request removal; operational deletion may take up to 30 days where legal retention is not required.
